Frequently Asked Questions

When should I register? 
As soon as possible! Early registrations allow us to plan an outstanding conference and get feedback from you about the agenda.

Is there an Early Bird registration discount? Yes! Each conference offers savings for early registrations.
The San Diego Early Bird registration is available until Oct. 31, 2019 

When is the deadline to register? If there is space, we will take registrations up to one week before the conference.
However, sometimes our workshops sell out! So we encourage you to register as soon as you know you can attend. 

If I have to cancel, can I get a refund? We don’t provide refunds but you can transfer the registration to a colleague, even up to the day of the workshop. 

How many people will attend? Typically, we have 15-40 attendees, depending on the location. 

Will the workshop definitely go ahead? We require a minimum of 10 attendees to make it financially viable and to ensure that everyone has an opportunity for networking and sharing ideas with colleagues. If we have to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund. 

Can you accommodate my special dietary needs? Yes. Please let us know when you register and we can inform the caterer of any special needs. We do require advance notice to make the appropriate arrangements.
